MakeSales is the largest marketing community in Uzbekistan. We turned a 900+ member Telegram chat into a full platform: a tiered expert directory, a video knowledge base and a marketer's dictionary in one place.
The task. The whole community lived in a Telegram chat: experts, materials and discussions in one feed. Finding the right specialist was hard — a person might be offline and simply miss the question, while valuable materials sank into the chat. The community grew, but there was no tool to hold it together and bring order.
The solution. We built the platform around what already worked: a tiered expert directory — you instantly see who's strong at what and how to reach them; a knowledge base of video master-classes tied to their authors; a marketer's dictionary with clear definitions. The idea of the platform and the dictionary grew inside the community itself — we turned it into a product.
The result. A community of 900+ marketers now has an entry point beyond the chat: experts are found in the directory rather than caught online, and materials no longer get lost. The expert directory keeps filling up.
