BlessedTravel runs two directions at once: it hosts guests in Uzbekistan and sends travellers abroad. We split these audiences into two separate sites under one brand — each speaks to its own customer, while both live in a single visual system and in three languages.
The task. BlessedTravel had no site of its own for a long time, even though the agency works in two directions at once — hosting guests in Uzbekistan and sending travellers abroad. These are two different audiences with different tours; fitting them onto one site means confusing both.
The solution. Together with the client we split the directions into two separate sites under one brand: inbound and outbound tourism, each with its own catalogue but within a single design system and in three languages. There are many tours, so we built an extended admin panel — the agency publishes last-minute deals itself, without waiting on developers. And both sites have a tour builder: the client assembles their own route.
The result. Enquiries increased, and it became more convenient for clients: they choose the direction and tour themselves rather than waiting for a manager. Last-minute tours go live the same day they appear.
Straight from the client.
How many digital teams can show a video testimonial from a client?
Working with ELITIST is a real pleasure. They split our two directions — hosting guests in Uzbekistan and tours abroad — into two clean sites under one brand, in three languages. All on time — I wholeheartedly recommend them.
