• Request and quiz form data — name, phone or Telegram, optionally company, email and a task description.
• Email — if you request an extended report or template.
• URL and IP address — when using the site analyzer (for abuse protection and result caching).
• Technical data — interface language, browser and device type, anonymized visit statistics.

We do not collect special categories of data (race, health, political views, etc.) and do not request them in forms.

• To process your request and contact you with an estimate and proposal.
• To provide requested materials (analyzer report, spec template).
• To keep the site running and secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve service quality based on anonymized statistics.

The basis for processing is your consent given when submitting a form and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site. By submitting a form you confirm your consent to processing the specified data.

We do not sell your data. To operate the service, data may be processed by our providers:

• Telegram — requests arrive in the team's working chat.
• Supabase — database and storage (data hosting).
• Vercel — site hosting and request logs.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — metrics when analyzing the URL you provide.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generating the AI comment in the analyzer and translations (without sharing your contact data).

We keep requests and contacts for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and follow-up communication, then delete or anonymize them. Analyzer records with the IP address are stored for a limited time and used only for rate limits and caching.

Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to staff who need it for their work. Secret keys are kept on the server and never sent to the browser.

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. To do so, email info@elitist.pro — we will respond within a reasonable time.
