The task. The shop sold only in its showroom and through chats: no website, no bot, and orders got lost in messengers. It needed to show up in search for queries like "jamón Tashkent" and give customers an easy way to order — from a computer and from Telegram.

The solution. An online store in three languages with a catalogue of 1,000+ products: filters by characteristics, search with suggestions, sold-by-weight items and checkout without registration. Next to it — a shop inside Telegram: the same catalogue, cart and order history, while the bot tells the customer which stage their order is at. Everything runs on one database, so a product edited in the admin panel changes on the website and in Telegram at once.

The result. Every order — from the website and from Telegram — lands in one CRM and in the team's work chat. A manager moves the order through statuses from "New" to "Completed", leaves comments and exports reports to Excel, while the owner sees revenue, average order value and best-selling items. The range is uploaded from Excel, photos in bulk by SKU. From the first line of code to launch took about three weeks.
