A real-time 3D app for property developers: the client explores a residential complex — from a bird's-eye view to a walk through the courtyard, toggles day and night, checks the neighborhood's infrastructure and picks an apartment by area, budget and status (“available”, “reserved”, “sold”). You can sell before the building is even finished.
Instead of static renders and paper floor plans — a live 3D model of the whole block you can move through freely: orbit the complex from above, drop into the courtyard, step inside. Real time means light, shadows and time of day change on the fly rather than being pre-rendered.
The built-in apartment finder works like a marketplace filter: area, budget, number of rooms and bathrooms, compass orientation. Each apartment is highlighted with its availability status, and the district map shows schools, shops, transport and walking time to each. A tool like this turns a property viewing into an interactive experience and helps sell at the groundbreaking stage.
